    Review of auction items, show flow, and logistics. Guidance on anything that needs attention before the final stretch.
  • Final Logistics Call(7–10 days before your event)
    Confirm all auction item details, your timeline, requirements, and any key event elements — so you walk in confident.
  • Event Debrief(After your event)
    Celebrate your wins, identify areas for improvement, and talk through what's next for your organization.
